In 1999 I organised a project for Brighton Festival that sought to re-consider the significance of Tatlin's Tower, or to give it its proper title the "Monument to the 3rd International"

At last I have had the time to completely rebuild This website, and today, monday the 9th of November 2009, it is ready to be made active.
