In 1999 I organised a project for Brighton Festival that sought to re-consider the significance of Tatlin's Tower, or to give it its proper title the "Monument to the 3rd International" Since then I have maintained an interest in both the iconic work itself and the ebb and flow of interest in the subject. I have therefore decided to make the 3D computer model that I made as a means of understanding the original structure available to download. The model was used for the tatlins tower and the world project.
